	<abstract_fa>&lt;p style=&quot;text-align: justify;&quot;&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;font-size:12px;&quot;&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;font-family:Tahoma;&quot;&gt;ﻫﺪف از اﻧجام اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻣﺸﺨﺼﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺆﺛﺮ در ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﭘﻨﺠﺮه ﻫﺎی ﻣﺎدون ﻗﺮﻣﺰ از ﺟـﻨﺲ ﺷﻴـﺸﻪ ی ﻛﺎﻟﻜﻮژﻧﻴﺪی Ge33As12Se55ﻣﻲﺑﺎﺷﺪ .در اﻳﻦ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺐ ﺷﻴﺸﻪ ی ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻈـﺮ ﺑـﺎ ﻧـﺴﺒﺖ اﺗﻤـﻲ ﻣﻨﺎﺳـ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ در داﺧﻞ ﻛﭙﺴﻮﻟﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻛﻮارﺗﺰ، ذوب و رﻳﺨﺘـﻪﮔـﺮی ﮔﺮدﻳـﺪ . ﻓﺮاﻳﻨـﺪ ذوب در ﻣﺤـﺪوده ی دمایی&amp;nbsp; 750 اﻟﻲ 950 درﺟﻪی ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲﮔﺮاد ﺑﻪ ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎنﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﻧﺠﺎم و ﺳﺮﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻣﺬاب در ﻣﺤـﻴﻂﻫـﺎی ﺧﻨﻚ ﻛﻨﻨﺪه ی ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت ﺻﻮرت ﭘﺬﻳﺮﻓﺖ .ﺑﺮرﺳﻲﻫﺎی ﺳـﺎﺧﺘﺎری، ﻓـﺎزی و ﻧـﻮری ﻧﻤﻮﻧـﻪﻫـﺎی ﺣﺎﺻـﻞ ﺗﻮﺳط ﭘﺮاش ﺳﻨﺞ ﭘﺮﺗﻮاﻳﻜﺲ (XRD ) ﻣﻴﻜﺮوﺳﻜﻮپ اﻟﻜﺘﺮوﻧﻲ روﺑﺸﻲ( SEM )و آزﻣﻮن ﻃﻴﻒ ﺳﻨﺠﻲ ﻣـﺎدون ﻗﺮﻣـﺰ (FTIR) اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ .&lt;br&gt;
ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺣﺎﻛﻲ از آن ﺑﻮد ﻛﻪ دﻣﺎی ذوب و ﻧﻮع ﻣﺤﻴﻂ ﺧﻨﻚ ﻛﻨﻨﺪه ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟهی ﺑﺮ ﺧﻮاص ﻣﺤﺼﻮل ﻧﻬﺎﻳﻲ داﺷﺘﻪ و ﺑﻬﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﻗﻄﻌﻪی ﺷﻴﺸﻪای و ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺖ ﻋﺒﻮر ﻧـﻮر در آن، ﺑﺎ ﺳﺮﻣﺎﻳﺶ ﻣﺬاب از دﻣﺎی ذوب950 درﺟﻪ ی ﺳﺎﻧﺘﻲ ﮔـﺮاد در ﺣﻤـﺎم ﻧﻤﻜـﻲ&amp;nbsp; یادمای&amp;nbsp; 220 درجه ی سانتی گراد ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺣﺼﻮل اﺳﺖ .&lt;br&gt;
&amp;nbsp; اﻧﺠﺎم ﻓﺮاﻳﻨﺪ ﺧﺎﻟﺺ ﺳﺎزی ﺗﺤﺖ ﺧﻼء، ﺗـﺄﺛﻴﺮی ﺑـﺮ ﺑﺎﻧـﺪﻫﺎی ﺟـﺬب اﻛـﺴﻴﺪی ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻪ و از ﻣﻴﺎن ﮔﺎززداﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ، ﻣﻨﻴﺰﻳﻢ از ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﻧﻘﺶ در ﺣﺬف ﺑﺎﻧﺪﻫﺎی ﺟـﺬب اﻛـﺴﻴﺪی ﻣﻮﺟـﻮد ﻃﻴﻒ ﻋﺒﻮر ﻧﻤﻮﻧهﻫﺎی ﺣﺎﺻﻞ، ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار است.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</abstract_fa>
	<abstract>&lt;p&gt;The preparation and characterization of Ge33As12Se55 chalcogenide glass as an infrared window was the goal of this study. In this regard, the glass composition with suitable atomic ratio was melted and quenched within quartz capsulate under different conditions. The melting process was done in the temperature range of 750 to 950&amp;deg; C for different periods of time and the quenching process was done in different cooling media. The structural and optical characteristics of samples were examined using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The results showed that the melting temperature and cooling media have significant effects on the properties of final products. The optimum processing temperature in order to achieve the best optical properties was 950&amp;deg;C and the optimum cooling media was a salt bath with temperature of 220&amp;deg;C. The addition of gettering elements (such as Mg) to glass composition had benefit effect on oxide absorption bands from FTIR curves&lt;/p&gt;</abstract>
