fa بررسی نظری ویژگی های ساختاری و الکترونی در ترکیباتUY2(Y=Ga,Ge) سراميک‌هاي زیستی (بیوسرامیک‌ها) Bioceramics پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><em>در این کار برخی از ویژگی های الکترونی و ساختاری ترکیبات </em><em><span dir="LTR">UY₂(Y=Ga,Ge)</span></em><em> بررسی می شود. محاسبات با استفاده از روش شبه پتانسیل در چارچوب نظریه ی تابعی چگالی و با استفاده از کد </em><em><span dir="LTR">pwscf</span></em><em> انجام شده است. تابعی تبادلی</em><em>&ndash;</em><em> همبستگی آن از نوع </em><em><span dir="LTR">GGA</span></em><em><span dir="LTR">.</span></em><em><span dir="LTR">PBE</span></em><em> و </em><em><span dir="LTR">LDA</span></em><em> می باشد.همچنین</em><em> زیاد شدن فشار، تغییرات مثبت آنتالپی سامانه را به دنبال دارد که این امر بیانگر گرماگیر بودن سامانه است و</em><em>نتایج به دست آمده از ساختار نواری و چگالی حالت ها نشان می دهد که این ترکیبات فلز بوده و دارای خاصیت مغناطیسی &nbsp;است.</em><em> نتایج&nbsp; به دست آمده </em><em>سازگاری خوبی با دیگر نتایج </em><em>موجود دارند<strong>.</strong></em><em><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></em></span></span></div> In this paper, some of the electronic and structural properties of UY₂(Y=Ga,Ge) compounds are investigated. The calculations was conducted using the pseudopotential method based on the density functional theory with PWscf code.. The exchange function is a correlation between GGA.PBE and LDA. The increase in pressure also leads to positive changes in the enthalpy of the system, which indicates that the system is thermally stable, and the results obtained from the strip structure and the density of states It says that these compounds are metallic and have a magnetic property.
