In this study, CaWO4 and CaWO4:Ba2+ were synthesized by precipitation method with using of CaCl2, Na2WO4 AND BaCl2 as raw materials. synthesized powders were characterized by X-Ray diffraction (XRD), scaning microscope (SEM) photoluminescence tests. The results showed that after calcination at 500C /3hr , crystallization of CaWO4 were improved and amount of flourescence emision of CaWO4 were decreased and shifted and band gap energy increased.
